A 2.8 acre single pad site with existing contours sloping away from the road. Using SITEOPS, we imported the property boundary, existing contours, and building pad. SITEOPS drew the parking area and driveways. SITEOPS provided numerous FFE and grading options, along with full cost estimates within minutes.
